The owner was very helpful & communicative over the phone regarding the collection of keys. He was flexible with times given I was working and wasn't sure of my check in time on the day He met us at the property and took us inside, showing us how to use things such as the TV/oven etc. He helped us get set up, asked us if we needed anything else (which we didn't, it was kitted out to a good standard) then left us a key and told us we could call him at any time if we had any issues. We didn't have any issues. I would recommend staying here & if I am ever working local again, I know who I will be calling.

No complaints.
