No se ni por donde empezar, viejo abandonado, enchufes caidos horno roto, frigorifico sin funcionar, mampara del baño rota y caida, y las cancelas de la terraza no funcionaban con el peligro de seguridad que conlleva ser un bajo, xq no se pueden

La ubicación de la casa es inmejorable.

Necesita una reforma integral: los colchones son muy antiguos y te clavas los muelles, el suelo de la cocina está abombado, el enganche del toldo roto, el telefonillo no suena por lo que nadie puede salir solo de la vivienda, persianas estaban rotas no subían ni bajaban, los mosquitos te comen porque no tiene mosquiteras, no hay lavaplatos. Aunque llamé para que arregalaran las persianas no las arreglaron,me dijeron que después de mi estancia espero que para el siguiente cliente estén arregladas. Y, por último, el contenedor de la basura, está cruzando por debajo debajo del puente de la autovia, a 150m de la urbanización. Todo esto unido a que tengas que recoger las llaves en fuengirola después de, en mi caso 4 horas de viaje, en una calle donde no hay aparcamiento, no lo hace nada cómodo.

Was close to the beach and had it swimming pool

Sofa bed in the leaving room was so old and not comfortable to sleep at all. Overall the house is an old style. Very poor cleaning.

Excellent location, property has gate access to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Large apartment. Very comfortable

Close to the main road, so traffic noise. Needs a bit of maintenance, dripping tap in the shower, oven not working.

Lubina del Sol is an amazing complex! Almost on the beach, safe and quiet place, wonderful pool, nice people around! Overall, the price was very good! We strongly recommend!

The 🐜 are for real...maybe it is necessary to do something about it! The apartment is nice but the furniture and appliances are old. If you arrived in Malaga after the agency working hours, 9 o clock pm, have to complete an uncomfortable route starting from Malaga, then whit a stop in Fuengirola to take the apartment's keys from safety box! Another thing that wasn't like we expected...the remote control from the complex gate for car access doesn't work 😒 so we was in situation to look for parking places around, which is not comfortable because there aren't many!

No breakfast as self catering, location excellent

Decor very dusty and dated. Ant infested. Road noise from A7 disturbing. No welcome pack no water even though cost was high end.
