Luxury Sea View Apartment with Multi Room Balcony And Private Onsite Parking Only 300M From the Beach

The owners could not have been kinder - fantastic communication and incredibly helpful. They really did go above and beyond. The apartment is spotless, very well-equipped and supremely comfortable. The bed is heavenly!

Just be aware that there are a lot of steps and it's a steep climb to the apartment. It is totally worth it!

The bedroom living room and kitchen area were all ideally proportioned with great views of the sea from both the living and bedroom areas. Additionally, the balcony could be accessed from both main rooms. The furnishings were contemporary and matched the rooms and all aspects of the property were very well equipped.

I’ve stayed in many places within the UK and would be confident to say this is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in. Everything is of a high standard and the attention to detail and extras offered are elevated from many other hired homes. The balcony offers a stunning panoramic portrait of a quintessential Cornish coastal scenery. I spent the early morning watching with sunrise with a coffee and admiring a sunset with something slightly stronger. Private parking is a definite rare benefit in Looe. To have a double space below the property and within walking length of both Looe and the coastal path to Polperro was a delight. Was the experience worth the money….? YES Would I recommend…? YES Will I be back…? YES

This is a lovely apartment, very comfortable, well appointed, really clean, and fantastic views.

The stairs/slope from the parking area are a lot, especially with luggage. Not unusual for the area though.

A perfect apartment for couples, with a view to die for. Wonderfully well kept and situated perfectly in a lovely part of Cornwall.
