Great accommodation and close to facilities. The accommodation had all the necessities for the family stay.

The house was well-equipped with everything we could possibly require, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, which provided a relaxing atmosphere. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for my family to spread out and relax. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we all had restful nights, and the living area was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, which was a major plus. We appreciated the peaceful, quiet location of the house, tucked away in a serene cul-de-sac. It offered a great sense of privacy while still being conveniently close to Rochdale Centre and public transport. The host was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating. We were provided with clear instructions for check-in, and the keyless entry system made accessing the house effortless. The property was spotless when we arrived, with the bathrooms being particularly modern and clean, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Finding parking was also a breeze, thanks to the free street parking right outside the house. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future!

The only minor downside, which may not bother everyone, is that the house is slightly out of the way if you're planning regular trips into central Manchester. However, the tranquillity of the location more than made up for it, and public transport options were easy enough to navigate.

The property was dirty, particularly the kitchen. We couldn't use the kitchen because almost everything was dirty and not cleaned properly. The sink was so dirty, and the dish drainer was filthy. The cutlery had dried food stuck on them. The kettle was so dirty so we couldn't make cup of tea throughout our stay.The drawers and cupboard had clutter. The garden was so untidy, and it's the first area you'll see as soon as you walk into the kitchen through the glass doors. The state of the kitchen made us uncomfortable in the other areas in the property.

Although there is a nearby railway line, the occasional train noise was minimal and didn't disturb our stay at all. The house is situated on a quiet lane, closed to traffic at the rail bridge, though pedestrians can easily walk under the railway bridge.

It is right next to the railway line (not mentioned in the description, of course). It was very dirty and not well kept. It needs a proper deep clean.

The host is a great gentleman who is always happy to help. The house has everything needed for a stay. There was a great welcome pack which the kids enjoyed. Anything needed was provided upon request.
