Vriendelijke ontvangst en goede uitleg. Ruime kamer en een goede keuken erbij. Prachtig gelegen aan de haven met alles op loopafstand.

The host was very informative and helpful, the location is great.

You could hear everything around you from the neighbours to the outside pedestrians. Sometimes waking us up with the noise.

Check-in tylko osobiście i wyłącznie w godzinach 18-20. To zdecydowanie za późno, nigdy nie zdarzył mi się tak późny check-in.

Everything was excellent, reception, room, location !

The only problem was the doors were very noisy to open and unlock

Lucy nos recibió con la mejor información posible de la zona y en 10 minutos nos dio propuestas espectaculares para nuestros 4 días en La Spezia. Encontrarla hizo inmejorable la estancia.

Todo estaba perfecto. La casa un 10/10 y Lucy 20/10.

Very cute place, renovated and new. AC worked perfectly, water pressure wasn’t the best but definitely doable. Kitchen was clean and everything necessary was available ◡̈ Location was perfect to explore La Spezia and 1 minute walk to ferries which take you to Cinque Terre.

You can still tell it’s an old building as the air is very damp, however no complaints to the host, she was perfect. Only minus we experienced was one of the entrance doors ( one with the PIN code, right outside apartment entrance door) being super loud, so you can define hear other tenants enter and leave during day and night so for light sleepers this could be a problem.
