Stylish Ballard studio 15 mins from Space Needle

I really liked the atmosphere and style of the unit. You can tell that the owner is very mindful of keeping it in excellent conditon. Access was easy with the PIN the owner provided prior to check in. The bed and furnishings are top rate.

Parking can be a little tough in the area depending on the time of day. Road noise can also be a bit excessive depending on the time of day, but the overall value of my experience was well worth it.

Everything was clean and tidy. The decor was really nice too.

The one small drawback which can't be fixed, is that the street it's on, 15th Ave, is a bit loud and the traffic is non-stop. However, they do offer ear plugs. 😀

Very clean; comfortable bed; nice furnishings.

It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable (warm) temperature. There should be 2 space heaters: one in the bathroom and one in the main room. It is on a Main Street which is fairly noisy in the early morning, however, there is a noise canceling device.

This is a beautiful studio! Beautifully decorated, nicely furnished, comfortable. Little street noise, little foot traffic. I felt safe. It had everything we needed. This is a fantastic value!

It was hard to warm the room, probably due to the high ceilings.

It is nicely decorated with clarifying notes everywhere. I truly enjoyed the time there.

It does reside on a major thoroughfare so you do hear cars go by. Using earplugs when I slept made it a nonissue.
