"Sehr komfortable Wohnung in zentraler Lage"

Sehr komfortable und geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage zum Bahnhof, was für uns sehr wichtig war, da wir cinque terre ausschließlich mit dem Zug erkundet haben. Vermieter sehr, sehr freundlich, halfen uns sogar beim Koffer hochtragen. Kleiner Aufzug ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gab kostenlose Kaffeepads und eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sauber. Großes Plus waren die dreifach verglasten Fenster, man hört absolut keine Geräusche von aussen. Ein weiteres Plus war der angemietete Parkplatz, der zwar kostenpflichtig aber für La Spezia unerlässlich ist im Hinblick auf die Parkplatz Situation. Vielen Dank an Martina und Ihren Mann, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Klare Empfehlung!

Die Wohngegend ist nicht sehr einladend, aber wenn man in der Nähe des Bahnhofs wohnen möchte, muss man das in Kauf nehmen. Hat uns nicht weiter gestört.

"An absolute gem for visiting the Cinque Terre"

Martina is the most wonderful host.. she communicates constantly and is so accommodating. The apartment is spotless, has absolutely everything you need, is super convenient for visiting Cique Terre, train station, supermarket, and restaurants.

I would give this apartment a perfect 10 if it wasn't for the soft bed and hard pillow.
