The appartementwas okay, but not available

Booking screwed up and allowed me to rent this for 2 days while the place was not available. You can imagine the confusion and hassle to find another place while nearly all of Aalborg was booked full.

Het appartement was ruim.

De hygiëne was verschrikkelijk; het appartement was in héél lange tijd niet grondig gepoetst. De keuken was vies, koffie-apparaat werkt niet. In de badkamer kon je eigenlijk tanden niet poetsen door een veel te kleine lavabo.

The apartment was nice and cozy. The price was good. The flow of information was good and the price was really good.

There were some things missing that would have made our stay more enjoyable. First, the code for the key box was wrong. There were some things that would have been nice to have. For example, oven mitts, scissors, blankets, mirrors in the bedrooms. There was only one mirror in the whole apartment. The drawers in the kitchen were not too clean and also the ceiling fan in the bathroom was really dirty, might even be called disgusting. There were also broken coffee mugs in the kitchen.

Spacious apartment close to city centre and train station.

There was no light in one of the bedrooms, freezer and kitchen towels were very dirty. We send a claim to the dedicated email, but just received after 24h an email that they are sorry our expectations were not met. After another 2 days they informed us that cleaner was in place and talked to us, but it turned out, he/she went to different place.
