House was clean and well furnished. Great location. Excellent communication with host.

The accommodation was excellent with everything you would need for a home from home stay and much more. Plenty of space inside and out and situated a short distance from the town and sea front.

I can honestly say that there was nothing I could fault at all.

Lovely home. Clean. Very good value for the money. Good communication.

We had to come home

The house was beautiful and a wonderful setting for our Christmas festivities. The location was perfect, we enjoyed lovely walks on the beach. The hosts were amazing, and there were even mince pies and shortbread for us. Well equipped kitchen with the basics in storecupboard essentials and utensils. Also there were local supermarkets such as Aldi and Lidl which were less than 10mins drive away which will save us car space next time as we can shop locally before check-in. Overall, it was a nice break in a lovely home in a great location. We can't wait to come back!

Nothing to dislike!

It was very clean, spacious and had internet access. All the little touches like netflix and amazon prime were good and a greeting basket. Was very warm and easy to keep warm and all the white goods were easy to use. Alot of space in cupboards. Toys for dogs and kids was a beautiful house just a shame there was damages to the property.

The property hadnt had all the damage checks done properly, alot of the property was not maintained adaquately and they tried to blame it on us and asked us for £100 even though the damage was already there and they failed to fix it upon our arrival. They then asked that we stripped our own bedding, which we did and we even cleaned up abit only to be accused of property damage! My husband is very good at DIY if we had broken something we would of got it fixed ourselves as an apology, plus it would of been cheaper for us to do so. I urge people who stay here in future to take pictures if there is any damaged just to protect themselves from accusation. Door handles are falling off and toilet button doesnt sit on right and towel holder kept falling off. There were some stains and rips in the net curtains and a cracked floor tile. There was also a damaged wardobe and the fireplace boarder wasnt fixed. We did however leave a scart lead there for them so other families could watch the DVDs they had provided. Hopefully the accusations were just a midunderstanding on their part but we are yet to recieve an apology.

great location, good parking, nice lay out, good facilities, great amount of space, easy to find, good comms, seamless book in and check out. helpful locals and neighbours was also a great plus. the claw tub and the rainfall shower is fantastic, the garden is unique and fun to explore all of the beautiful flowers and was lovely to see the bumble bees thriving there - big kudos. multiple seating areas outside, ridiculously comfortable sofas, thoughtful things left for convenience by nice hostess. good reception in tv plus Netflix included. lovely stay and much recommended.

that it was somewhat overlooked - that being said we didn’t spend much time there and the neighbours were incredibly friendly and respectful. (literally saw only anyone out the back once when they watered their plants on the fence lol, so not really any big concern AT ALL. honestly - it’s barely a thing to mention but thought some might like to know. shouldn’t impact in ratings or general consideration). :) the garden is incredibly beautiful and wonderfully laid out.
