Stor lejlighed. Altan med sol om morgenen og flot udsigt over havet og mod Taoramina. Samt altan med eftermiddagssol mod gårdanlæg. Køkken med pænt udstyr.

Sengene knirkede meget, samt toiletbrættet var knækket og løstsiddende.

accommodatie op een centrale plek van Naxos, uitzicht over baai, fijn terras. wel veel verkeersgeluid/trein. schoon bed en hete douche. goede wifi. fijne veilige parkeerplaats voor je auto. broodjeszaak aan de overkant van de weg.

gedateerd meubilair, lage/mini keuken, kapotte haakjes, trein voor het balkon langs. onveilige electra en te weinig stop contacten/geen splitters voor opladen mobiele telefoon.

Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist relativ geräumig, die zwei Balkone auf beide Seiten waren toll. Die Lage ist toll. Man hat Blick auf das Meer und ist trotzdem nur wenige Minuten (zu Fuss) von diversen Restaurants und einem Supermarkt entfernt. Der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch.

Zur Info: Die Küche verfügt zwar über genug Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr. Es gibt aber weder ein Abwaschschwamm noch einen Lappen oder Seife zum Reinigen der Dinge. Also am besten gleich selber mitbringen.

De locatie is goed vanwege de ligging tov het centrum. Prachtig uitzicht. En van het spoor en de weg, tja als je wat wil horen dan hoor je het ook maar voor ons niet storend

Erg eenvoudig, belachelijk dat je de emmer van de airco iedere dag moet ledige anders hebben de onderburen er last van, pannen niet te gebruiken omdat deze bol staan, eenvoudig bestek om te gebruiken in pannen is er niet, verlichting afzuigkap en wastafel doen het niet. Zijn allemaal details maar staan het comfort in de weg. Daarmee is onze mening dat de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet correct is en daarmee de prijs te hoog. Helaas kon ons contactpersoon nauwelijks Engels was zeker wel vriendelijk en nota bene krijg je een contract in het Italiaans!!!!!!!

This is a lovely flat in a good location not too far from the beachfront, walking distance from so many fabulous restaurants, bars, beach clubs, and bakeries. It is a quick 15 minute drive to many surrounding towns including Taormina, or you can also get the bus from right outside the flat for less than €2. The flat was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with so many things you could need including a beach umbrella and an espresso machine with coffee. We were met promptly by the host Francesco upon arriving and he was so kind and welcoming and showed us where everything was in the flat. Highly recommended!

A few drawbacks: The main road and railway line are right underneath and it is quite noisy at night - if this might bother you, bring ear plugs There are no screens on any of the windows, so we got eaten alive by mosquitos The bed is very creaky, if you roll over during the night it makes SO much noise

Beautiful views, clean and comfortable. A washing machine is available.

Reasonably sized balconies.

The accommodation was a bit basic and the cooking utensils were cheap and sparse. We had an issue with the entrance fob to unlock the main and pedestrian gates. Although the staff replaced the fob it still worked intermittently meaning we always had concern about getting in and out. On three occasions we had to rely on other residents to open the gate and on one occasion we were forced to walk around the block (15 min) carrying shopping to use a different entrance. Other guests told us they had the same issues. The photos of the accommodation on Booking are selective. One balcony does have a sea and town view but what is not seen is the railway line and busy road directly in front of the balcony. The second balcony was covered in bird mess from nest above the balcony. The living/kitchen room layout is odd and the chair bed acting as a seatee was uncomfortable. All that said, the accommodation was OK as we were out of it most of the day.

Everything was as described. Plenty of space inside and on the two balconies and even had sun umbrellas for the beach! Good supermarket and bakery/fab patisseries in easy walking distance and lots of eating out options. The kitchen was very well stocked too. Etna and Tairmina are close by.

Minor point was that we used cocktail glasses for our wine but that was fine.
