The room was spacious hearing was good and the power of the shower was fab. Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Location was perfect and right next to the spa

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de cet établissement. L’équipe du Riad Dar la Rose est très accueillante et aux petits soins. Joli Riad, endroit calme bien situé. Tout peut se faire à pied ( pour les personnes qui aiment la marche )

La stanza era spaziosa

Il condizionatore in stanza era così rumoroso che purtroppo non faceva dormire la notte. P La posizione era lontana dalle principali strutture al centro di MKK per cui abbiamo dovuto prendere sempre il taxi

Amazing location with exceptional staff. Could not recommend enough!

Staff was friendly. We were given a welcome tea, some tourist information and that was good. Location is fine to visit the medina.

We stayed in what is called a Junior Suite, so above the standart room and the superior room. Difference is only the size and not the quality. Room is big but its alongated shape leaves no space for a double bed, which has to be againts a wall; no space left for bedside tables. The room has a small window facing the narrow street and gets some noise from the outside (people chating, motorccycles nearby, etc.). There are no other windows so the roome is rather dark (good for summer guess). The worse is the cleaning. The carpet has never met a vaccum cleaner. Walls are also pretty old and there are cracks everywhere. On the first day we left a plastic bag containing some various sweets on the small table in the room. When we got back in the evening we couldn't find it. My wife went asking for it, and staffs' first reaction was to tell us they took nothing from the room. After insisiting a bit, they went for the bag which was somewhere in the kitchen...it was pretty ackward. There was nothing very valuable in the bag, but still you don't want people from the hotel to take your stuff from the room! Maybe they thought it was rubish...but still you don't take thigs from costumers if it is not in the bin. Coincidently or not, booking contacted us saying the hotel had said (that night) that we did not check in for these two nights. We simply hadn't shown up. I replied saying we were in the hotel. Obviously it could be a technical error from the hotel, but if we were not there, we shouldn't have payed 10€ for tourist tax (2,5 each per each night) and they shouldn't pay this money to the municipality. Further, we wouldn't be given the chance to write this review, as we wouldn't have sleept there. But maybe it was a technical error... The room costed a bit more than 100€ per night. I know Marrakesh is no longer a cheap destination, but we would expect more from 100€.
