L'Azure Di Siena

Location was good but since Siena is a small city I think all otels are in a good location.

Start was very rude. The room was dirty and very cold. We wanted a blanket but they were not helpfull. We have to use towels to get warmer. Finally I get back home as ill 🤧

A couple of friends and I took this apartment for 4 days and it was absolutely horrible! The apartment was clean when we received it but the heaters were not working at all!!! Keeping in mind that the temperature outside was around 1 degrees - 5 degrees. I contacted the landlord and all she gave me was attitude instead of telling me how to turn on the heaters. My friends and I went to sleep shivering from the cold every night and we would dread going back home since it felt colder than being outside. I do recommend this apartment, but not for winter time because it was freezing.

Wifi didn’t work

The location was great. It was right in the center of Sienna.

The hosts are mean and not welcoming at all. The apartment had a horrible smell when we arrived and we realized that it was lacking in cleanness. The bathroom was not clean at all.

It was very cold in the apartment with instructions to not turn on heating. The check-in process was unnecessarily complex and explained in too many different messages and instructions that were hard to keep track of while travelling, all to explain for a few, relatively easy steps to check in.
