Jimmy met us at the front door and was super friendly. The rooms are modern and spotless and included a welcome bottle of wine, tea, coffee and water.

Wi-Fi wasn’t very reliable

The property was a newly built ( 3years old) to a very high standard. It is probably one of the few properties we’re the accommodation is at a ground level so suitable for anyone like me that does not like climbing stairs.We had the small double room as we had no plans to cook so did not need a kitchen. The room was well designed with a very nice on suite. The shower was excellent with a second hand held shower. Hot water all the time in abundance. Bed made daily and towels changed. Our room had a long balcony with a view to the well kept garden lovely for the morning coffee and evening drink. The place was exceptionally clean and safe. A silent efficient Aircondition and a small fridge freezer.The last day we realised that a surveillance camera was installed at the door. The property is 200 meters from the town centre without uphill walks! It is 50 meters from a bakery and a small supermarket. It is 300 meters from the large supermarket and bus stop (€2) a ride to any of the 26 beaches. This thlocation is the best. The owner Jimmy met us at the port took care of our luggage to the property. A very friendly guy that treated us like family. He explained and planned with us our trips. He came everyday to check that we did not need anything. He had a map ready and explained to us how to move and where to go. A bottle of wine was also waiting for us. The room also had a plug in mosquito repellent and Jimmy said “you have what I have in my flat you are family”. The hospitality did not end there. Jimmy let us keep our luggage at the property to make use of the last day as our flight was an evening one. He insisted on giving us a lift to the airport. I have already recommended him to my friends and family. We will be coming back with friends to the bigger 4 adults apartments. Shame I did not take photos of the flat. We had an amazing stay at Anna and Jimmy’s. They were both very kind and helpful, always there if we had any questions. The apartment cleaned every day with fresh towels. Perfect accommodation if you want to stay in Skiathos since it’s downtown and beaches reachable within short time by car.

Everything! Very modern and clean apartment towels were changed daily which was a luxury. Owners lived upstairs so we’re on hand if needed, so friendly and welcoming. Great location quiet but only 5 mins walk onto the main centre of town. we had a great stay and will be returning.

The property is close the downtown, old port, shops, etc. On the other side it is situated on a very quiet street. There is a bakery 1-2 min walking with excellent options for breakfast and coffee + a minimarket. They clean the room daily, everything is new and the owners are extremly nice and wishing to help if needed. It was the best decision to stay into the town because we had there the “base” for several beach visiting, cruises, etc.
