Amazing location for views and sunset. Beautiful modern property with great facilities and pool. Great spot for quick access to Assos, Myrtos Beach etc . On/above road but not an issue. Lovely sunset bar opposite (but not visible) though does play music from 4pm to midnight which we enjoyed but can see how that might annoy anyone looking for peace & quiet in evenings

Outdoor furniture needed cushions! Look lovely but quite uncomfortable!

Hello again. Your villa at Assos was extraordinary. In fact, when I designed my dream home, it was exactly like this villa. I knew that i would have a beautiful time. The only constructive criticism i would have is , I had no instructions on how to turn on lights or air conditioner, as there was no manual or welcome book to let us know taxi numbers, nearest, grocery store, recommended restaurants etc. Lucky once we spoke with our contact person, we were able to talk with the taxi drivers who were more than generous in giving us recommendations. I only hope that we had stayed a little longer. Otherwise, everything else was superb.

Plenty of space and new.

Could be more special. There have been savings made including quality of the sunloungers. There were 4 of them for a villa for up to 6. Not enough towels. There was no internet for more than 24 hours on arrival. No toiletries. Had to ask for charcoal which took over a day to arrive.

The villa is beautiful and the furnishings are lovely. The views are spectacular and we loved the location. The nicest places were just a short car ride away. The beds were extremely comfortable and the outdoor BBQ area was fab for long lazy lunches or lovely lit dinners listening to the tinkle of the goats as they made their way down the mountains. Thoughtful extras like outdoor towels, hairdryer and washing machine made life really easy.

As the villa is brand new it was missing a few bits that you wouldn’t realise unless you had lived in it like BBQ utensils and charcoal to get you going on your first night. The hob is so complicated that no-one could work it out (not the host, the maid or her husband) so we left that alone. The electric gates were broken in a storm but jumping in and out of the car was fine if a bit annoying. The terrace doesn’t get the sun until the afternoon so it’s good to get your trips out done in the morning. Finally, we were a bit worried about being on the main road to Fiskardo but we needn’t have been, the traffic isn’t too bad and you get very used to it.

Really beautiful setting, lovely home and facilities, easy entry and exit, very clean. Beds were comfy and nice to have a washing machine and dishwasher. Outdoor shower is a nice touch as well. Good air conditioning. Amazing breathtaking views.

The house sleeps six but there was not enough hot water for the six of us to take hot showers back to back. If you waited an hour it was fine! The Wi-Fi was so slow it was completely unusable. These are minor dislikes. Id recommend the property to absolutely anyone. Great stay.
