Casa Nà Za Maria

Die Lage war sehr gut mit Parkplätzen direkt an der Straße ohne Gebühr, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet gewesen. Der Besitzer hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und es gab kostenloses Wasser im Kühlschrank. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und von Modica aus kann man schöne Ausflüge mit dem Auto machen.

Exceptionally clean, all amenities provided, spacious, very comfortable bed, beautiful vista from balcony, quick access to centre of town and also upper Modica but also peaceful at night Parking available close by. Highly recommend.

There isn't anything to 'not like'.

Very nice and authentic place to stay in Modica. We were looking for a place near the old town, but also accessible by car and that was IT. We loved the authentic sense of the place, including BEAUTIFUL floorings, plus the super-nice host. Highly recommended place to stay in Modica and visit places around.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and great for exploring the central areas of Modica. The room is spacious and cozy, it has all the reasonable amenities.

The electricity goes off when you turn on a few high-power-consuming devices like a washing machine and an air conditioner simultaneously. I understand it's an old building in the historical center, but it was a bit uncomfortable to go downstairs in the dark to turn back the switch.

The location, clean and very nice roomy suite for great price. The host was nice & gracious.
