We didn't stay, as it was cancelled by the host on the day, having been booked for 4 months, causing 3 of our party to turn around and go him and miss the family event. As they are elderly and couldn't cope with the change knowing there was no other accommodation in that location where they could walk 2 minutes to the event, the alternatives offered meant taxis which they didntwant to do on saturday night in Wigan...Appalling service. I don't believe their excuse, as they were refusing to answer messages and put the phone down on me prior to the supposed fault.

Nothing at all the advert was the only good thing about this property false advertisement to the highest form

on arrival the house was musky as hasnt been cleaned in a long time, disgusting stains on sofa, ceiling fallen down, broken ornaments, greasy cooker, dirty floors, bed bugs, broken bath with pubic hairs the whole house was a disgrace and owner was so rude when spoken about property

Couldn't wait to leave

Really bad House full of damp. The smell was really bad Broken tiles on the bathroom floor loose and sharp edges cut my foot on them Ran of electrical for over 24 hours . Try to contact the owners via email and calls .but no response . Only after 6 hours they call me Had to book another hotel for my family safety Real health hazards and dangerous to book I hope its is took off bookings .com Not for other people to book and fear for there health .

Property requires a program of renovation and redecoration. Bathroom is very poor condition with broken floor tiles and dated bath tub. The mattresses in all rooms were old and require replacing. Heating and Hot Water were unsatisfactory - Luke Warm.
