"Séjour de 6 nuits fabuleux"

L’établissement est exceptionnel conforme au descriptif. La campagne garantit le calme. La piscine, les extérieurs et les logements sont magnifiques. Un véritable havre de paix bien situé pour visiter l’île même si un peu isolé. La procédure d’arrivée et de départ est très facile. Et il y a un grand parking. Et le petit déjeuner est top+++ !

RAS. Juste peut-être prévoir du liquide vaisselle et de l’essuie tout…

Mooie rustige locatie, prachtig zwembad. Redelijk centraal gelegen (ca 30 min van Palma, ca 30 min van de stranden in het zuiden). Mooie buitenruimte en tuin.

Beetje harde bedden, maar voor de rest een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

"Finca mit wohltuendem Weitblick"

Ruhige Lage mit Aussicht in die Weite. Vogelgezwitscher, grosszügig gestaltete und gepflegte Umgebung, Rasen, grosser Pool. Einmaliges Wohngefühl in alten dicken Mauern mit vernünftigem Komfort. Freundlicher Hauswart und Frühstücksservice vor Ort. Wir hatten Glück mit Appartment Nr. 5 im 1. Stock mit (nicht ganz privatem) Zugang zu einer grossen Terrasse mit Sonnensegel. Abendliche Sonnenuntergänge waren ein Genuss.

Die neun Appartments haben unterschiedlichen Ausrichtungen zur Sonne. Wegen der sehr kleinen Fenster sind vermutlich alle düster bei Regenwetter (nicht ersichtlich auf Fotos). Die meisten haben nur Aussensitzplätze ohne Privatsphäre und teils ohne Beschattung. Kücheneinrichtung wie Herdplatten und Kühlschrank war nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Warmwasser (in unserem Appartment im oberen Stock) kam erst nach zwei Minuten. Im Wohnzimmer war die Möblierung nur rudimentär. Homerti Verwaltung war stets rasch verfügbar, aber als Grossorganisation unflexibel und bürokratisch. Bis zum letzten Moment war unklar, welches Appartment zugeteilt wird. Ein Wechsel in ein grösseres für eine zusätzliche Person war nicht möglich trotz Verfügbarkeit auf Booking. Informationen zum Zimmerservice wurden nicht kommuniziert, dafür ausführliche Instruktionen mit Bussendrohung zur Abfall-Entsorgung.
