We loved the location and the beautiful view of the river Arno and the Bandinella tower. Although we were there during the hottest days and the room has no air-conditioning, the cool air at nights aided by the fans made it very bearable. The friendly host lived on the floor below and was easily reachable. We expected mosquitos being beside a river, but there were barely any. The apartment provided mosquito repellent devices just in case.

The apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. The shower cubicle wouldn't close completely and could use descaling. Overall the bathroom could use some sprucing up. There were no teacups in the kitchen and no bin bags for waste disposal. A guide on the recycling days and times would be useful. We booked in for seven nights and although the management did not say that guests were expected to get rid of waste, we had no choice to dispose of it ourselves as room service would cost extra.

Les réponses rapides aux questions, l'emplacement. L'appartement agréable, la vue, la glacerie juste en bas.

Le canapé lit vraiment inconfortable pour des adultes. L'isolation sonore des fenêtres, on entend fort la rue. Le manque de clim, mais tout de même des ventilateurs.
