NY Style Centric Loft w/ KingBed

They ended up moving me to a 3 bedroom home in Henrietta, NY. The loft at 275 looked nothing like what they advertised on line. The shower was nasty with grout missing and mold. They ended up moving me to 94 Kenwick Dr. in Henrietta, NY. The only good thing better about this property is that it wasn’t located in the hood. However, they could spend more time cleaning this place up. The windows and screens were nasty, there was a big clump of hair left on the bathroom floor. There was no hand rail leading to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The floor areas in bathroom and kitchen were soft and felt like you may fall through. They left the cleaning items out in the open at both locations for everyone to see. The mops were nasty as well. Cleaning with that type of mop does no good. I will never use this company again.

Blanket for the bed was very thin, just a fleece. The pillows completely flat and useless. No blanket for the spare bed. Couch was very dirty - huge white stain right in the middle. The ceiling had stains in bathroom. No sound insulation between floors. The space would be nice other than that - just cheaply maintained.

A lot of noise in the middle of the night while trying to sleep dog barking sounded like people dragging things across the floor loud banging

The manager was reachable whenever I had a question. The bed and extra cots were comfortable. The apartment was clean.

- I was approved for an early check-in, but the staff was still cleaning the apartment when we arrived. - Their kitchen utensils and pans were lacking: there were no large plates (only bowls and small plates), minimal silverware, only two usable pots, and no spoons (I was expecting wooden ones not to ruin the pots) for stirring. - The mattress covers for the cots were stained. - Missing pillowcases for the extra pillows available. - The sofa was very uncomfortable, and I felt like it was swelling me whole. - It is located in an unsafe part of town (per local reviews). - There was a strong smell of pot in the hallway. In general, the pictures did not represent the kitchen utensils/plates they had in the apartment.

very nice , very clean and comfortable, plenty of toiletries and i love that they actually had ice for me in the freezer!

it was a little on the colder side when i checked in but nothing i couldn’t fix by turning the heat on because it was actually off
