"needs aircon for hot summer nights."

breakfast not provided but I knew that, only thing is if you wanna big breakfast Luxembourg cafes don't really do breakfast. good location though if you like early t bed v noisy street below. But if you only retire around midnight then noise has abated from nearby bars.

no aircon - it was around 26 degrees at night so impossible to sleep well. this apt is nice, great location, spacious BUT its time to fit some aircon in the bedrooms.

Proximity to all major attractions, just few mins walking. Very clean & most important the host is very nice & prompt to assist you.

Excellent for people who like to party till late night, not so good for family with kids as loud music downstairs will continue till 3:00 am.

Amazing host. Polite, kind and very very nice. The instructions for check in, places to see, to eat... Everything so meticulous. Perfect position.

The only bad thing is the noise on the weekend evenings, but the host was so nice to explain us the issue before we came and provide us the ear covers.
