Given completely different room that booked including 1 less bed than stated in listing. Staff were unhelpful and didn’t make any effort to resolve this issue or give a refund Air conditioning cost extra and did not work

No one greeted us and the water was broken

location was great short walk to the strip, owner was very friendly and we arrived late in the evening and she came over the next afternoon to ensure everything was good with the room! had a small problem with the toilet not flushing and she bought a plumber over to fix it! amazing stay and were able to use the pool at the other hotel abojt 10 min walk away

our aircon worked when we first arrived and still worked later in the week but was just less powerful, however the room next door had fab aircon so maybe some of the units just need replacing!

Quitness, comfort, amazing price, private parking, comfy bed, roomy!

There's a terrace to the room which is great, it's close to the beach, basically, everything's within walking distance and the location is quiet. There's even AC in the room - for free - and free wifi is also available.

The nearby streets are not the cleanest, with some dumpsters overflowing on the street. Everything else was great.

Place in the city. Everything is very near.

This wasn't my first stay here. I know that the price is not big, but it would be nice to sleep in clean bed and get towels without holes... Also the cleaning lady... It is not a bad thing that the rooms are cleaned every day. But cleaning is not only changing towels.. And also PLEASE make some stickers or something that people could put on the door DO NOT DISTURB. Because the cleaning lady knocks the door only once and if you are not answering (for example you are still sleeping or you are busy) she goes inside the room immediately... That's really annoying.

Location is close to everything imaginable in Zante

Laud environment a little until 4 am

its located 5 minutes away from the main street of laganas. it has nice backyard with lots of flowers and a parkinglot. nothing was taken out of the rooms. theres a safe with key lock.

Parts of the floor where you dont walk very often were filthy and hair strands that fell on the floor were only moved left and right and never picked up with the rest of the crumbs. cleaning lady was coming every day but was skipping the floor sweeping whitch is the most needed with all the unpacking and beachdays. she was very rude. we had a long night out and slept till 11am then she barged in and started kicking us out so she can "clean" the place otherwise she wont be doing it today. we were using the same bathing towels till the day 4., had to reach out to the landlord and ask for fresh ones. some of the ceiling wood paneling is moldy whitch only makes me wonder what is it covering. the bed mattresses had hard springs poking out that caused sleepless nights and hip/sholder pain along with excessive coughing whenever we laid our heads down (could be dust or mites). space arond bed head area had strange smell from time to time, we could not figure out what it was. the pipe water is salty, not sure if thats a thing on the whole island or just in those apartments.
