Villa Luigina - seafront villa in Capo d'Orlando

A wonderful place and a great house. Convenient location with a nice beach nearby. The rooms are spacious, and there’s a beautiful view through the windows.

However, it was disappointing that the price did not include electricity, and there were no basic hygiene products such as hand soap, shower gel, or shampoo. Although waste sorting is strictly required, even garbage bags are not provided (non inclusi :)). Out of three bathrooms, only one was actually usable due to a broken shower cabin. Sleeping at night was also difficult because of the noise from motorcycles passing by. Additionally, although Booking.com states 'included taxes and charges', the city tax still had to be paid separately in cash upon arrival.

La casa è sicuramente ampia e ben strutturata, con un bel potenziale, ma avrebbe bisogno di un deciso ammodernamento. Ottima posizione spiaggia a soli 50 mt.

L’impianto idraulico è datato e alcune docce non funzionavano correttamente, Inoltre, l’aria condizionata non è presente in tutte le stanze. La posizione dell’abitazione è in una zona ad alto traffico, comporta un forte rumore notturno. Mancanza di alcune informazioni importanti nella descrizione della casa, che avrebbero aiutato ad avere aspettative più realistiche. Con alcuni interventi di miglioramento, potrebbe diventare una soluzione valida, ma allo stato attuale non la consiglierei senza riserve.

Шикарная просторная вилла на берегу моря. Чистая постель и полотенца. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Кондиционеры в каждой спальне. Море чистое и теплое.Рядом есть кафешки и бары. Город в 2-х километрах. Хороший супермаркет в 5 км.Маленький маркет со всем необхоодимым рядом в порту.

It was very spacious and well-equipped. The rooms are big and comfortable, though one did not have air conditioning. The roof terrace is beautiful and it is right across the street from the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped, with dish washer and all necessary pots and pans.

It is all a bit old, the one bathroom was not usable since the smell was unbearable. The back outside area in the back also was smelly and unusable. There would be space on the side to park, however bigger cars don’t fit, so we had to park on the street (there were enough parking spaces there). The location was also not great. Not many restaurants in the area, the port is a little dead. It is in S. Gregorio, 20 minutes outside Capo d’Orlando and the traffic is terrible.
