It's a night mare to stay in this oyo it's purely only for couples one hour stand

The room was too cramped and noisy during the night.

They denied booking. Com confirmed id. And They demand 2000/_ extra price. At the same time while on chek in i raised issue but that hotel side not respond to any one one my issue. TV not working even issue raised neglect that issue. Finally i paid 1700 rupees amount with receipt.

Rooms are good My room was neat and clean But toilet was used by somebody before me and it wasn't cleaned

Staff are fraudsters They will tell you some vague reasons and ask you to cancel the booking on the check-in day .They told me to go for other hotels nearby and cancel their booking. They said there is some problem with the electricity in one floor .when I told them I will call the Oyo customer care and ask them to provide me alternative as it was check in day and prices were high ,he pleaded not to call them , later he went here and there just to act like he was trying hard to help me ,then gave me a room saying somebody just checked out at 2 pm. They do this to sell the rooms for higher prices for offline customers. They gave room to a person before me for 1800 but the same room I booked for 1000 online

Staff were cooperative

Rooms are not as shown in the pictures. Fooling customers by showing fake pictures. Soo much hair in the pillows and bathroom. The smell is coming from the room.
