La struttura si presenta abbastanza bene, il personale è molto gentile e cordiale, vicinissimo al porto e 10 min dal centro, la camera è molto accogliente e pulita ci hanno consigliato anche il parcheggio non presente in loco, che dire se ritornerò a Palermo saprò dove andare.

The location is wonderful, right near the marina and easy to walk all over the city. There is also a free shuttle from very close to the train station to a close stop from the hotel. Also, I had expected the room to be a bit loud as I was on the ground floor, but it was very quiet. Also, the staff was wonderful. In the room there was a little fridge. The bathroom was very nice with a large shower, and the place was spotless!

Besitzerin zwar nicht persönlich getroffen, aber sehr zuvorkommend und nett über Nachrichten. Zimmer waren extrem sauber und Bett super bequem. Es wurden sogar beim Aufräumen unsere Klamotten in Tüten gepackt, vorausgesetzt sie lagen auf dem Boden oder so. Hätte nicht sein müssen, aber ist dennoch super lieb. Dafür dass das Haus nah an einer viel befahren Straße liegt, sind die Außenwände und die Fenster gut isoliert. Man hört da also kein Auto, keine Gespräche die auf den Straßen stattfinden. Und es liegt nah am Yachthafen. Also einen schönen Start hat man dann definitiv :)

Kühlschrank war manchmal etwas laut und die Wände zu den Zimmernachbarn sind etwas dünn. Aber das ist echt nicht der Rede Wert. Wenn man tagsüber die Stadt erkundet und abends müde aufs Zimmer kommt, schläft man sowieso direkt ein :)

The property has a very good location as well as the rooms are extremely clean. The host and staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. The host also allowed early check in at late notice which greatly reflects on the caring factor. Thanks once again for having us their and we hope come again

Nothing at all

Very convenient location, transportation is really close, very helpful staff, very clean and modern/ but with some traditional way too! Very good value for money! Lots of thanks to Anna who was always available to help with any inconvenience!

I would say maybe the checkout to be around 12 and not 10. Maybe i could ask for this tho so I am not sure how does it go’
