The person who guides you to the room is very friendly. Despite the small room, there is a refrigerator. The water pressure is very strong, which gives a good feeling when taking a shower. There is a large balcony.

There is only one trash can in the bathroom, not in the bedroom. There is hand wash, but no shampoo or shower gel.

Brand new room, great service from the owner Balasz. We will be coming back to this great accommodation for very affordable price.

The apartment was really small, but ok. Location also fine.

Got an unpleasant surprise with 5eu air-conditioning fee per night. With 46eur nightly fee it sounds very unreasonable. Also, the towels are completely warned out and didn't do the job it supposed to. No toiletries in the bathroom.

Arriving to accommodation was well organised, free car parking at the front of the property, or parking at closed property garden, not long distance to the lake (about 5 min walk). Size of accommodation was really great, the accommodation was prepared for use by disabled people, so large corridor, large and easy accessible rooms and bathroom, very comfortable beds, overall very clean. Free access to WiFi.

The air conditioning is not included in price, and is chargeable per night and per room (€5/night/unit) as this is described as luxury option, we have been recommended to use one unit in living room, which will be sufficient to cool down all accommodation, but keep all room doors open, if you wish to have more privacy, you will need to unlock the aircon in each room.
