After I booked i contracted them on WhatsApp and they answered to come at 20:00. We went and I texted again, nobody answered. We waited outside in the cold for more then ah hour. We called and texted, even Booking didn't answer. After one hour I received an email telling me I have successfully cancel my reservation. This was unbelievable. I have not cancel anything and they have not even contacted me. Awful communication, complete disaster. They didn't even provide us a place to go instead while canceling my reservation.

The reservation was cancelled without heads up, we were on the plane and when landing we got the notification that the reservation had been cancelled without any previous communication with the host to which I was texting earlier that day confirming the reservation. The host replied to me next day at noon asking if we would need another apartment without apologizing or explaining why did they cancel.

Nada, absolutamente nada! Nos estafaron, nos dieron un estudio de 10m/c, la llave tuvimos que recoger en la otra punta de Madrid, llegamos cansados y la espera fue de 3hs mas de lo acordado, no tenía microondas, no funcionaba la vitrocerámica, no había cafetera, no había cubiertos, las almohadas no tenían fundas, las paredes estaban todas con moo, el baño esta horrible, un estudio aún sin estar listo, el costo fue de 735€ y además no contestaban los mensajes. UNA ESTAFA

Nada, nos canceló en la puerta horrible pésimo malas personas

No me gustó nada. Personas sin responsabilidad sin ganas de trabajar. Nos cancelaron estando en la puerta cuando ya se les avisó que íbamos por un motivo médico por una operación y les dio igual dejarnos en la calle. Nos ofrecieron otro alojamiento que ellos nos lo ofrecieron de “igual características” MENTIRA nada que ver. Si tenéis la posibilidad de no coger un alojamiento con esta empresa no lo hagáis.

Que me engañaron con el apartamento y 8 horas de ingresar en él me anularon la tarjeta y no pude entrar al piso. Tenemos constancia de que no somos los primeros ni los únicos a los que les paso
