The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Dinner is usually great with lots of options and variety, particularly gala night .

There were a few small issues / details that should be adressed. - the mattress cover that is used for children to prevent “accidents” is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and serves no purpose. - the cleaning of the rooms was done rushed, one of the cleaners even apologised as they had not left towels nor coffee nor soap and she just said they had too much work and had no time. - pool closing at 6 pm , with plenty if sunlight is a bit too soon, should stay open until 19:30 or 20:00 during the summer months.

Le lieu,pas en bord de mer. Éloigné de l’agitation et chambres qui donnent à l’intérieur. La propreté et la gentillesse du personnel.

The hotel offered a really good choice of food both for the breakfast and dinner options. The staff were very hard working , friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble . The room exceeded expectations it was large and had plenty of storage , furniture and a fabulous shower. I was very pleased with the condition the hotel was kept in , it was spotless. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and I did book a Spa treatment using the discount voucher given on arrival, which again was delivered very professionally. Overall it was a very enjoyable and satisfying stay because of all the above.

The only couple of niggles was the fact that although it was a 5 star hotel you did not include a bathrobe as a given as other 5 star hotels do but wanted extra payment for one and there were no tissues on offer in the bathroom .

The facilities were good, spacious rooms and beautiful garden

I would increase the dinner hours, till 10 pm
