GrandStay Hotel & Suites

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean hotel. Extremely quiet. Was pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast they had and didn’t see it advertised on the booking site. Will definitely be staying here for future trips.

The location is superb, easy to find. I did not have time for breakfast, but when I took a peek it certainly looked good. LOVED THE CLEANLINESS. This is a fairly new hotel, and not part of any chain. Check in was fast and welcoming, as was check out. Probably the one draw back is only 1 elevator for a multi story hotel. We do not have a pet but they are a pet friendly facility. Look forward to staying at this hotel if we find ourselves needing lodging in the area.

Facilities are new, well decorated, rooms had good amenities and lots of charging stations or outlets, great location. Breakfast and coffee are.

There are not fans in the bathrooms so the rooms can become very humid. Apparently their housekeeping policy is that they will not provide housekeeping unless asked for it. However, that was not communicated to me at check-in. Therefore we did not have housekeeping services for any of the 5 nights we stayed. One member of our party communicated twice regarding lack of housekeeping which was acknowledged but no feedback or services provided, then on the third attempt we were informed of the policy and no apology given or accountability taken. (New employee blamed for not communicating policy.) By that point housekeeping was finished for the day and they could only provide us with new towels. Calling the “front desk” from the room phone doesn’t actually connect to the front desk but the hotel chain’s general customer service number.

Very comfortable and clean. Wide hallways and roomy elevator. Friendly staff and very nice room with lots of space.
