Semua dalam keadaan baik dan tersedia. Keadaan rumah bersih. Pinggan mangkuk cawan yg mencukupi. Selesa untuk didiami dalam jumlah keluarga yg besar.

Cuma tak disediakan water dispenser. Perlu beli air mineral sendiri.
