Was here for almost 2 weeks , clean and tidy breakfast every morning however portions are quite small. It is a lot more remote then what booking.com shows but isn’t far from the main part of Ubud. Staff were exceptional Was able to rent a bike for 100k per day and 190k if we got 2 bikes ( we did )

There was a lot of wasps in our dining area we had to get staff to come and clear it out however not even 24 hours later they were back. Internet was very slow when trying to watch on the projector or even on mobile every couple of seconds it would pause and reload so that wasn’t ideal.

Simple but nice place. Great value for money, clean and well maintained. Loved the atmosphere, and the people here are genuinely warm and friendly, just like true Balinese hospitality...

Good value for money. The room was kept clean, and the basic facilities were all there. The ambience was calm and comfortable, plus the staff were friendly and always ready to help when needed!

We’re extremely disappointed with our stay at the villa. Unfortunately, there was nothing about the experience that we liked. From the condition of the room to the staff service and overall management, everything fell far below expectations. It was honestly a horrible experience, and we truly wish we had something positive to say, but we don’t. We hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements for future guests.

We had a very disappointing experience at this villa and, unfortunately, there was nothing about our stay that we liked. The biggest issue was that the property was infested with geckos and lizards. While we understand that Bali is a tropical destination and occasional wildlife can be expected, this was far beyond that, the room was heavily infested, making it feel unhygienic and impossible to sleep comfortably. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should never be compromised to this extent. The villa also did not match the photos at all. It looked much older and poorly maintained in reality. The room itself was very small and did not meet our expectations based on the listing. Additionally, the road leading to the villa was in very bad condition, making access inconvenient and unpleasant. What made the experience even worse was the staff and management. The staff were rude and did not take our concerns or feelings seriously. When we raised the issue, the manager only responded once and then stopped engaging. Instead of properly addressing the situation, they communicated indirectly through staff, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. The entire situation was handled very poorly. Due to the conditions, we were forced to leave at night and book another place. Despite this major inconvenience, we were not even compensated 50%. Their justification was that “lizards and geckos are normal in the tropics,” which is not an acceptable excuse for an infested room. We have visited many places in Bali, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. We strongly hope the management takes responsibility and improves both their property standards and customer service

Habitación preciosa con piscina privada y bañera enorme. Vistas increibles a los arrozales. Repetiria sin duda.

Que el baño esta abajo y la habitación arriba y es poco practico pero no pasa nada!
