Zimmer mit Sauna und Whirlpool

Personal check in war in Ordnung aber der Check out war nicht gut, es wußte keiner Bescheid mit den Abrechnungen und wir haben leider keine Rechnung erhalten , welche wir dann erst wieder über Booking.com anmahnen mußten. Das war nervig, denn das kostet alles Zeit.
