Missing a blind in the bathroom

Everything exceeded our expectations for the prize! Beds where comedy and the food downstairs was 10/10.

Was given a warm welcome while checking in by chelsea. The food was high quality and very good value for money. Really pleasant staff in the evening especially non very friendly and chatty. Rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy. Overall a pleasant stay. thankyou very much

There was no privacy in the bathroom. No blind or Privacy screen on window

Lovely location and close enough to Snowdon

Access was a pain, but was swiftly sorted by the lovely lady on the phone

The bunk house accommodation was above the pub. The pub and staff were very welcoming. Food was very tasty with large portions. There was a great atmosphere in the pub as there was a folk group playing.

The room was rather small with two bunk beds crammed in making it difficult with four guys and their biking gear. Maybe two single beds and a couple of chairs would have worked better. The kitchen was small and basic. The two ringed stove didn’t work so you couldn’t cook. Luckily we didn’t buy food in Betws to cook that night. I think they were new owners so they were still in the process of getting it sorted. Other small things like no curtain at the window and nowhere to sit and eat in the morning except outside. Luckily the weather was good.

Lovely lady on Arrival who helped us check in with no hassle , Bedrooms was quite small but spotlessly clean and modern, nice bathrooms and a great little pub downstairs . The pub serves home-cooked food but unfortunately we didn't have time to eat there. Location is great if you have a car . The pub had a pool table and was quiet considering it is high season. Great spot for climbing Snowdon. Will most definitely visit again .
