Die Liegen sehr oft mit Handtüchern besetzt, was immer wieder nervig war, da es schwierig war, eine freie Liege zu finden. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig – eine gründliche Reinigung wäre dringend notwendig, da die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass es in den Bars zu wenig Personal gab, sodass man häufig lange auf Getränke wie Limonade oder Kaffee warten musste. Für alkoholfreie Getränke sollten separate Bars zur Verfügung stehen, um den Service zu beschleunigen. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft die mangelnde Hygiene. In die Bars und Küchen konnte man leicht hineinschauen, und es war offensichtlich, dass die Sauberkeit dort nicht ausreichend war. Die kaputten Fliesen auf dem Boden verstärken diesen Eindruck. Auch die tägliche Reinigung des Hotels scheint fraglich zu sein. Das Personal wirkte sehr jung und zeigte eine gleichgültige Einstellung gegenüber den Gästen. Zudem war der Parkplatz in einem desolaten Zustand. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen

The rooms were nice and spacious, we had a nice view and it was clean. The breakfast was very tasty, as well as the desserts.

The food was not good, choices were pretty much the same everyday. The breakfast was great, but the lunch and dinner were not. For 5 days, they didn’t offer good chicken, all chicken options were very dry and not tasty at all. The Starbucks in the hotel is a scam, has nothing to do with starbucks and they never had anything available, apart from espresso and milk, no syrups at all. The bars were not well equipped as well, more often than not, when we ordered something, the alcohol was sold out and we had to go to another one. Moreover, there are ques everywhere and we had to wait a lot. We were also a big group and would usually go 3 people to the bar to order drinks for the whole group (10 people), for some reason that was e problem for the staff and they didn’t give us the drinks we ordered and demanded we all went to the bar together, creating even bigger ques and waiting times. Most of the staff don’t speak English, so communication is very hard, a lot of staff members were so young, they didn’t even had 14 years old. Overall we didn’t get what we expected and what we paid for and I wouldn’t recommend going there. It’s better to pay more money for a different hotel.

Unsere Zimmer im C-Block waren traumhaft. Man bekam jederzeit eine Liege am Pool, am Meer oder auf der Liegewiese.

Die Sauberkeit, Enge und Lautstärke im Restaurant

The location of the resort was perfect, nice views, lovely beach, near the city centre, if anyone wants to have one day away. The aqua park was great fun, along with all the activities that the hotel was offering. The way the resort is made with small pools around the villa areas, different beach locations and many chillax areas, made it comfortable at any time to have some good not overcrowded time. There awere different nights activities and programmes organised for entertainment and DJ night to end with. Food wise, it was ok, there was always something to choose from, but will grade the choices average to other 5* hotels in the area. On the other hand there few a-la-carte restaurants, which offered one complementary night and was a good experience.

At check-in our receptionist haven't advised us anything a part of handing us some cards which ended up being for the room and towels. We weren't advised anything about the resort, where the restaurants, pools, activities and entertainments are happening. Nevermind that apparently this was a SPA resort with SPA center that we found out on day 4. The info above about the complementary dinner, we found out ourselves of course too. No info about any times about anything was provided, good there was a detailed program in the main restaurant that was updated everyday. Very disappointing especially after 15 hours driver last thing you want is a "silent" welcome like this. The family club room was advertised with two separate connecting rooms. Well one of them didn't had a door and we were convinced by the reception that is not true. I mean even here at booking.com you can see what we've book. We have asked for two double rooms instead, they declined the request. We were too tired to argue further but it was a great inconvenience for two couples to share the family club rooms. The staff has to be careful when speaking Turkish as some of us do understand the language. The bartender at the DJ bar was rude and swore after not being happy receiving and amendment to our order. We made him aware and instead of an apology, argumentatively he threw the toys out of his cot. Few suggestions: - Kitchen staff needs to be if not more, at least responsive (our first night we were on a mission to get a clean fork, well took us a lot of staff talk, walking and 25min); - DJ nights were great fun. However every night the music was the same, so after night one and two, pretty boring for us. Would be good to have at least a week worth of sets as no one goes to a resort like this for one night, right.

Great value for money, Starbucks available, lots of choice for pools, rooms were clean, seafood ala carte was nice
