the only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They were helpful and brilliant whenever we’ve had an issue. Food was ok for fear it is but nothing exceptional I’m afraid.

Unfortunately this property is falling apart at the seams. We’ve arrived at 2 am in the morning which we let them know about in advance but still the room we were given had a faulty aircon and no cot ready in there so waiting to change a room and getting the cot around meant we went to bed at 4 am- not great with a four month old baby. The second room they put us in was in a bad state, I have lots of photos- but the worst of it was the lip between the room and bathroom was lose so we’ve had a few close falls. This room was changed for us too. The wellness centre is probably the worst aspect of the hotel- again I have lots of photos and could go on about the dilapidated state of it if I didn’t have a baby to look after- let’s just say I’ve been to much better Groupon ’spas’
