"Joyful property in a beautiful neighbourhood."

This is a fantastic property for those travelling in a group. The property is spacious with ample room to sit outdoor to enjoy the views, and indoor when it was raining. The house is located in Xochimilco, Oaxaca’s oldest neighbourhood, just north of Centro. The streets are decorated with beautiful street art and there are a number of restaurants and cafes nearby, away from the hustle and bustle of Centro. The property js run by a group of dedicated all-female team.

Water pressure in the shower of the upstair bedroom could be stronger, but it was only minor point.

"Un alojamiemto tan mágico como Oaxaca"

Un lugar acogedor, cómodo y precioso. Está a 15 minutos andando del centro, un paseo súper agradable. Una zona segura y tranquila, y una terraza con mucho encanto.

Había algunas cucarachas por el calor, ya que gran parte de la casa está al aire libre. Nunca por higiene, puesto que la casa estaba limpia y cuidada. Hay veneno porque casi siempre aparecían muertas.

Great location with a wonderful large terrace, complete with hammocks, tables and chairs for outdoor living. The property manager was very friendly and rapid to respond with helpful suggestions.

The cockroaches and the fact that the hot water wasn't always available. The plumbing system was problematic in general (the toilets backed up).

Eine grosses Haus mit liebevoll ausgestatteten Details. Wir konnten sogar mit dem Auto ins Haus fahren. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Der Ausblick über die Stadt von der Dachterrasse mit Hängematte toll. Die Küche ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Viele grosse Zimmer. Wunderschön. Herzlichen Dank.
