"Nice home no golf cart"

The check in was great no issues. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the home is advertised to have an accessible golf cart. We were told after check in that the golf cart that was located on the property was not available? This was one of the main reasons I booked this particular home. Our family was very disappointed and of course because I was the one that booked; the blame fell on me. I think you should remove the statement about the golf cart from your description if you’re not going to make it available to the renters.
