Great central location

Rental property is overpriced.

the apartment is very well equipped, with comfortable beds, a modern bathroom, a modern and functional kitchen , a super equipped tv, and washing machine + dish washing machine. the area is very quiet at evening~night, so we could had a very good sleep, and if you come by car you can leverage on a car box (for Santa Margherita this is a super plus!). the hosts are kind, dynamic, very attentive and responsive.

Great, quiet location. Very well maintained, clean and all the modern amenities. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom’s shower was great and the kitchen had all the appliances needed

Super close to supermarket, nice walking distance to the shops and water. Light and bright and secure. Nice neighbourhood vibe felt safe.

The only things missing were a toaster and a mircrowave.

Great location in a quiet area but only a short walk to the main piazza. Good sized apartment with everything you would expect and more. The hosts were brilliant with a warm welcome and so many great tips and suggestions with respect to food, activities, travel etc

David was so helpful! So welcoming. The apartment was clean, comfortable and lovely.

We spent a really enjoyable week at this lovely apartment in Santa Margherita. The flat itself was perfect, clean and quiet with everything that you might want for a break - all the necessary kitchen and dining utensils, great TV, washing machine , dishwasher and so on. The flat is in a great location, about 15/20 minutes walk to the railway station, 10 minutes easy walk to the centre of town with loads of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby - an excellent coop just across the road. What really made the difference was our hosts, Davide and Martina, they kept in touch with us and were so helpful when answering any queries and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and to eat, they also very kindly picked us up from the station on arrival. Santa Margherita is really attractive and also a great hub for visiting the area up and down the coast - if we return I would definitely want to stay in this apartment again.

All good - I can't think of anything negative - perhaps a bedside light might be useful?

Fabulous host Martina went the extra mile for us, great recommendations and help when needed. Couldn’t praise her highly enough. Ultra modern spotless property. Enjoyed the balcony and the fact that a top notch coop supermarket is directly across the road. Santa Margherita is a lovely town. Portifino is beautiful - go left off the boat, fabulous restaurant, seating at waterside with great view. Food amazing. Tried to do the hop on hop off train to the five fishing villages in a day, extremely hot and tiring. Do less, see more. Rapallo worth a visit 4 minutes by train. Good all round holiday.

Small point, no reading lamps in bedroom. Fitted fridge hard to find - it’s below the small freezer on right hand side of kitchen. Top tip: open fitted freezer and then use both hands to open fridge door.
