"Staying at the DM Residents is one of the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. I would have said:”You get"

Nothing to like.

Everything. The location is not the best. DM Residents is claiming free parking but it is actually free parking ON THE STREETS, of course that is 100% free. The property has never been cleaned, cub webs and bugs(coachroaches). Super outdated like using a key, portable water heater, all the sheets look nasty, beds and pillows have molds in them.

Friendly staff.

Location in a run down area. Needs full renovation. Noisy AC, damp rooms with no ventilation / window except the door! The reservation said "Breakfast included. We had 2 rooms with 2 people in each. But they gave us only 1 free breakfast per room. Had to explain to the staff that this was not specified on Booking.com. They finally gave us free breakfast for all persons, but this needs to be specified while booking on the site.
