"Lovely apartment, shame about the faulty lifts"

Very clean & tidy. Couldn't fault the person that we spoke to on the phone. Very helpful & understanding.

Being on the 8th floor with both lifts out of order with 2 young children wasn't pleasant. Random people knocking on our door at night.
