Clean and functional.

The hotel ignored the messages in the app. The room was clean but long hairs of the previous customer were still there. I also missed the good sound isolation, because you basically hear everything in the hall and sometimes your neighbours. Please also be aware that there are no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, which I thought are unconditional these days.

Was greeted with a smile. Staff are very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The bedlinen was clean and crisp cotton, and the bed was very comfortable. 😊 thank you

The noise from traffic and other guests coming in late.

My room was finished with a bed, microwave, fridge, iron board, plates, iron, laundry basket, wifi, and own bathroom.

The rooms are small but well-kept. The bathroom was apart.

The location was very convenient as it was close to the city center. It was very easy to get the keys and access the accommodation without help of a receptionist. The owners texted me with all the details in time. The room is rather small, but has got all needed furniture. There was a bed for 1 person, a kitchenette with a sink and a microwave, cups & dishes. The bathroom is private, but at the other side of the public corridor, which was a bit inconvenient. However for the price it was OK. It was warm in both room and a bathroom.

The matrass on a bed was a bit inconvenient, I could feel the springs on the bed. Also I couldn't turn on the light near the bed. And the last inconvenience was that I had an ironing set, but no hair dryer.

Toilet paper was provided. There is a basic shop not too far to buy shampoo.

The room is very warm, but there is no AC or fan - the only option is to open the window. The room faces the front parking lot (see photo) and the window is right above the main door, so there is constant noise: other guests leaving/arriving, cars parking, traffic noise from the road. The private bathroom is EXTERNAL to the room, but this was not mentioned in the description. On arrival there are two keys: one key for the room, one key for the bathroom... which is located outside the room, down a corridor (photo). The corridor has a very bright light that is always on.
