Faciliies are very old. All the stuffs in the room are old, from the air-com to wardrobe, bathroom door, and the bathroom itself. Very low water pressure.

Fabulous location for getting the ferry to Phu Quoc. The ferry and the bus station are a 5 minute walk from the hotel. If arriving late, bring food with you as there is no food options this side of the river. The man on reception didn’t speak any English but was very accommodating and friendly

Water pressure is not hard enough

Perfectly adequate budget hotel which is a short walk to the ferry terminal. However, most bars and restaurants are on the other side of the river.

We spent just one night after a bus so that we could get the ferry to phu quoc the next day. 5 minute walk to ferry port so great location for that. We arrived late at night and there wasn't any restraunts or shops near by except a small corner shop where we got some snacks. Friendly staff, room was comfy and nice for one night. Hot shower and decent toilet. Clean room with free water. Would definitely recommend if you just need 1-2 nights. Perfect for what we needed.

As we arrived at night, didn't feel completely safe walking to find food/ a shop, not many options in the area. However during the day I'm sure it's a different experience so not really a negative.

Best sleep in Vietnam so far, the hotel is lovely, highly recommended 🌴
