"Spectacular views"

Lovely big house with spectacular views over South Bay as well as the snow on the mountains. We were lucky enough to have front row seats watching a particularly cold southerly blast come through Kaikoura while sitting by the warm, cosy fire. Luckily for us, the weather changed the following days so we could fully enjoy the Kaikoura Trotting Cup. The house is an easy walk down to the racecourse. There are also other wonderful walking/ biking trails close by. A perfect house for a group of friends or 2 families staying together. Lots of room outside for kids to play and heaps of parking for boats and cars. We loved the feel of the bach. It is so refreshing to stay in a bach that is not too modern and sterile.

Although we dont go away to watch tv, we did get up to watch the All Blacks play England. The tv appeared to have a dark patch in the middle of it, which made it difficult to watch the game at times. Not enough to spoil our experience as we were rapt with the final score. Go the All Blacks! 🖤
