Lovely staff , good food , great location

The accessible rooms have divan beds . This limits user's who have a hoist to get the legs of hoist under the bed to secure the right lifting and lowering position. Would recommend changing to bedframes to accommodate this . Otherwise it was great

Good range of food for breakfast.

For a person using walking stick, it was had to juggle holding stick and getting food. May be a liitle more space to put plate down while getting food.

The pub was good with good entertainment an the local people were nice also very helpful staff

Our family was not very clean, blonde hair strands found around the room. None of us have blonde hair. The mirrors were not clean. Stains on the wall. Beds were fine. Our view was big waste bins beside our window. When we went for our meal, there was live music with speakers around the restaurant. It was absolutely blasting, no exaggeration! Blasting! You couldn't have a chat amongst yourselves, couldn't hear the staff! Madness! We asked to eat out in the lobby!

The bar area was amazing as was the food and breakfast! Beds were comfortable and the room. Was spacious and clean
