Lovely hotel, very quiet with excellent staff .

Did not like the fact that I as a wheelchair user could not get an accessible room and bathroom as there were 3 adults in our group. It wasn't an availability issue, there just wasn't this type of room anywhere in the hotel. Pity as it's a lovely hotel.

La habitación tenía 2 camas grandes y cómodas . El baño nuevo. Justo hay un pub allí mismo, al ir con el niño por la noche no podíamos entrar, pero muy típico. Nos pillo el festival de jazz y había actuaciones en directo 3 veces al día.

The hotel was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly, and happy to help with anything. A shoutout for Sophie who checked us in at reception! She was friendly, helpful and such a lovely introduction to both Da Vinci’s and Derry!
