Impresia generala a fost de spatiu murdar. Miroase urat de la întrarea in clădire, pana in baia apartamentului. Curățenia a fost făcută superficial. Resturi de mâncare in canapea, ferestrele cred ca nu au fost spalate niciodată, furnici in bucătărie, frigiderul murdar, blatul la bucatarie rupt, baia...ceva rău (calcar peste tot: pe baterie, cabina de dus, vas de WC. Nu s-a curățat niciodată cu un produs anticalcar), prosoape negre decolorate si alea doar de baie, niciunul de maini. Overall, ne-a părut rau ca ne-am cazat in Rostock si nu am luat bacul direct.

DEDESuper Lage, direkt am Doberaner Platz. Von hier aus kommt man direkt mit der Straßenbahn überall hin. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Treppenhaus war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und wird vom Imbiss der direkt unter der Wohnung liegt, als Lieferanteneingang genutzt. Die Wohnung liegt also direkt über einem Imbiss, welcher bis spät in die Nacht hoch frequentiert ist. Hier kommt es zu starker Geruchsbelästigung und es ist ziemlich laut. Die Wohnung verfügt nicht über ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck für alle Gäste. Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort und es gab 3 Tassen. Weiterhin hat uns ein Tisch mit Stühlen gefehlt, um gemeinsam frühstücken zu können. Wir mussten zum nahegelegenen Bäcker ausweichen.
