"Nu recomand nimanui aceasta proprietate."

Nimic nu ne-a placut

Foarte multa mizerie, igrasie, miros de mucegai, praf peste tot, lumina insuficienta, becuri lipsa sau nefunctionale, mobilier extrem de deteriorat, terasa foarte murdara si deteriorata. Initial administratorii proprietatii au spus ca apartamentul este exact ca in pozele de pe site si respecvta normele de igiena, oferindu-se sa trimita o echipa de curatenie pentru a rezolva problema curateniei, dar problemele legate de igrasie si mobilier deteriorat nu puteau fi rezolvate de echipa de curatenie. Este absolut anormal sa platesti o rezervare si sa ti se faca curat cand ajungi la proprietate. Pozele de pe site nu reflecta nici pe departe realitatea. Eu am anulat rezervarea dupa discutii lungi. Dupa ce am anuntat ca voi reclama autoritatilor italiene, au inteles ca nu glumim si nu ptem sa ne petrecem vacanta in asemena conditii

Gute und schnelle Kommunikation, auch bei einer sehr spontanen Buchung.👍 Lage nahe zum Bahnhof 👍

Kein Warm wasser zum Duschen. Und kein Boiler in sicht um dies zu bekommen. Zu teuer für was geboten wird.

Bei der Buchung stand zwar inkl. Parkplatz, den hat es aber natürlich nicht gegeben und wir mussten uns eine Garage für unser Auto Mieten:-(

La casa era pulita e uguale alle foto in una buona posizione. La struttura ha un divano letto e un letto in un soppalco. Ha un giardino terrazzo grande ed è stato semplice entrare in casa.

È vicino una chiesa quindi ci sono le campane ogni giorno dalle 6 di mattina può essere fastidioso se si è lì per riposare. La carta igienica era poca e siamo dovuti andare fuori a comprarla.

"On ne demande pas 60€ de ménage quand il n'est pas fait."

Rien du tout à part l'emplacement.

Rien était prêt. Les Clés n'étaient pas dans la boite à clés, nous les avons récupéré auprès des femmes de ménages. L'appartement infestait la cigarette. Le ménage n'était pas fait, les serviettes de toilettes pas changés. Les draps des précédents étaient toujours là. Le sol pas fait. Les cendriers plein. La cuisine pas faite.

Zaskoczona byłam jak fajny jest ten apartament. Czysto, super taras. Wygodne łóżko, duża lodówka. Lokalizacja super 10 min na nogach na dworzec centralny. Blisko sklepy. Na plus, ze mogłam skorzystać z garażu bezpłatnego

plaga mrówek w mieszkaniu, brak TV - odbiornik był ale caly czas nie było sygnału

"Dunkel weil kein Fenster oben."

Klimaanlage hat funktioniert.

Fenster oben konnte man nicht aufmachen. Somit hatten wir kein Tageslicht. Es gab Ameisen. Nicht ganz kinderfreundlich aufgrund der Leiter zum Schlafbereich. Es heißt ‚Garden House‘ aber es gibt keinen Garten.
