"Uitstekend functioneel appartement in Perugia"

Wat goed bevalt is de lokatie ten opzichte van het station en minimetro naar de oude stad. Het appartement is ruim genoeg en opvallend stil. Al na een dag voelde het als 'thuiskomen'. Je tijdelijke maar toch eigen plekje in de mooie stad Perugia. De aandacht vanuit de host is super! Op whatsapp wordt snel gerageerd en tussentijds komt de vraag of alles naar wens is. Dat voelt erg goed. De oude stad vraagt of om een stevige klim maar is tot 21u savonds uitstekend bereikbaar met minimetro. Teruglopen als de minimetro niet meer rijdt, is bergafwaarts en heel goed te doen. In een aantal reviews staat iets over onveilig gevoel in de buurt. Ik heb dat niet zo ervaren. Buren zijn erg aardig en met een mooie ' Buono Sera' word je op de trap begroet.

In de beschrijving staat dat je uitkijkt op de stad. Dat is wel heel creatief gevonden want je kijkt uit op de flat tegenover je. Het is een prima balkon om op plaats te nemen maar of het romantisch genieten is vraagt veel van je verbeeldingskracht.

La casa era molto pulita, e i servizi funzionanti, oltre ad essere vicina alla stazione. Il prezzo onesto e in caso in cui si hanno problemi con le chiavi, spazzatura etc, gli affittuari rispondono in tempi brevi, per questo li reputo affidabili.

Diciamo dal centro è un po' distante anche se con i mini treni ci si arriva. Se sei appiedato come il sottoscritto e vuoi fare le ore piccole al centro, per tornare devi prendere il taxi. Per coloro che sono automuniti il discorso cambia.
