This was a super place for convenience to Perugia. It’s really close to the train station and mini metro. It was very clean and the extra’s the hosts offer such as coffee, little snacks, shower gels, etc was greatly appreciated, along with their wonderful communication and support. Don’t do what we did and follow the Google Map directions, follow what the hosts give you, and leave the station (if arriving by train) via the back, not the main entrance. Thank you ☺️

Good communication with the host during the stay, the apartment is perfectly clean and equiped with everything one needs for a stay , even more than I expected. The mini metro station is few min.walk from the apartment , so it was easy to reach the city center .

So clean you could eat off the floor. Very well positioned to catch mini metro to old town. Very good communication from hosts

Parking was a bit difficult, we had to park further away than we would have liked.

The apartment was nice and near the train station.

We had trouble finding the property. Made a call and they came to find us.

A very convenient location for arrival by train. Comfortable and clean amenities.

The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

the location: minimetro, train station and buses just a stone's throw away allow you to get around the city and the region with extreme comfort. very comfortable apartment.
