"Enjoyable apartment with shortcomings"

Despite some shortcomings we enjoyed our stay in this spacious well furnished apartment. The location is perfect at the boulevard, at sea, near to restaurants and shops. We could park our car within 100 meters. Halfway our 10 day rental there was a thourough cleaning with new sheets and towels. Communication with Pilar was great and a flexible checkout was possible.

Not mentioned in the advertisement is that you have to pay an hourly fee to use the air-conditioning. Fortunately we didn't need it in winter. The mattress of the bed is worn down. We turned the mattress around and over to make it acceptable again ( for a while). There is almost no sunshine on the windy terrace, we moved to terraces of bars nearby. The waterpump of the neighbors makes noise, no problem when they sleep....

Spacious, comfortable, clean & Location.

There is nothing I disliked about the property it just needs a few more items like oven trays, reusable plastic food containers to take to the beach.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless clean and everything necessary on the hand. The check-in/out process was smooth and our host was lovely. The location is directly on the beach with some nice restaurants nearby.

"Great stay with beautul views"

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place overlooking the sea. This place has everything you need. It is close to everything and the beach is just in front of you! A nice walk on the avenue will bring you to another city, Puerto del Carmen, in just 25 min. or so. The owner was super helpful, provided us everything we needed and our additional request was sorted out immediately. I highly recommend this place to couples and also families with kids.

"Relaxing break"

Location was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Well equipped

There was no information folder . ie taxi phone number . Medical centre number . Tv instructions etc We had to pay 200€ security deposit .. information says €100.
