Like the flat and layout a whole as have stayed in the property before, and also the location is perfect for a short break in Southwold. Love the kitchen area great social space.

The paintwork is starting to look a little dated, cracks going up the stairs etc but appreciate its an older property. Seating space in the living room needs a bit of a tweak for the size of the apartment.

Great location. Lovely kitchen breakfast room and sitting room. Good bathrooms. Plenty of storage on ground floor.

"A positively central located property, in need of updating and draught proofing."

The property is right in the heart of Southwold, close to all amenities, shops, pubs and beach.

The inside of the property was tired, and was not as clean as it could be. Although the heating was excellent, number 3 Trinity is very draughty in places, especially in the upper bedrooms and front door.
